 Training the Next Generation of Caregivers at HeartFields at Fredericksburg

Heartfields Assisted Living at Fredericksburg's Assistant Resident Services Director Kim Hatcher was recently asked by an instructor at Career Training Solutions, a local nurse training school, if students could come to Heartfields Assisted Living at Fredericksburg to hear Kim speak about “Nursing Leadership.”

The students were also given a tour of our community and learned about working in assisted living. We were very excited about this opportunity to benefit the nursing community and look forward to doing this again!
